Core Program Elements

Sound Therapy Foundation Drawing from over 25 years of expertise, the Sound Planetarium Academy guides participants through an intensive study of planetary sound healing. You’ll work with carefully selected antique singing bowls, each attuned to specific planetary frequencies. This foundational training welcomes both beginners and experienced practitioners, teaching you to harness these ancient instruments for profound healing and personal transformation.

The Soundplanetarium Academy Module A is a foundational module. You’ll receive intellectual as well as hands-on training by the senior trainers of SoundPlanetarium Academy using 7-9 antique singing bowls. The program balances theoretical understanding with extensive practical experience, including:

• Personal sound healing experiences
• Practical demonstrations
• Individual and group practice sessions

Techniques for both self-healing and working with others

The Yoga-Sound Synthesis: Experience the innovative fusion of traditional yoga with sound therapy, exclusively developed through the partnership between Purna Yoga Retreat and Sound Planetarium. Bhakti Yoga: Led by Purna Yoga Retreat’s experienced teachers, these devotional sessions use sacred chanting to awaken the divine vibration within, complementing the sound therapy practices perfectly.

Transformative Breathwork: Join Maya, our distinguished Bali-based practitioner, for specialized sessions that explore the subtle energy bodies and expand your awareness through conscious breathing techniques.

What’s Included

The retreat price covers all courses and classes, the Sacred Sound Experience by Sound Planetarium, yoga sessions, meals, accommodations, and full access to the center’s facilities.

Transportation

Complimentary pick-up and drop-off are provided from Lakeside, Pokhara. The retreat center is conveniently located just a 15–20 minute drive from Lakeside, with the nearest airport only 25 minutes away. The exact address and map will be shared before the seminar.

Daily sound experience, traditional yoga practices, and breath work are offered throughout the retreat, each session incorporates sound-based elements and practices.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required to secure your spot.

Cancellations 8–3 weeks before the retreat: No refunds are issued, but your payment can be credited toward another seminar within the same or following year.

Cancellations within 3 weeks of the retreat: No refunds or credits are available. However, you may transfer your reservation to another person.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
