THAI MASSAGE
Duration: 60min Cost: 40 USD
Thai massage uses passive stretching and firm pressure along the body’s energy lines to increase flexibility, relieve muscle and joint tension and balance the body’s energy systems. This is a dry massage meaning that it does not use any oil and it is performed fully clothed on a mattress placed directly on the floor. The massage therapist will use their hands, feet and the weight of their body to move your body into various positions to achieve passive stretching. There is constant body contact between the therapist and the client, but rather than rubbing on muscles, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked.
